Today we set off to Whitehorse, a trip of about eleven hours paralleling the spine of mountains that later becomes the Rockies. A black bear poked his head out during the drive, allowing us to snap some quick drone footage. Driving down the bumpy highway, and jamming to Creedence Clearwater Revival for eleven hours has dulled our excitement and left us with mostly cramps. I beleive I speak for all of us when I say we are definitely ready for food and a soak in Takhini Hot Springs.
Despite some physical discomfort, this trip has been nothing less than breathtaking. Dried tamarack lined valleys, cradled by foot hills and the shadows of jagged mountains are only the start of this adventure. There is plenty more to come. Stay tuned.
